    Summer Stars Learning Academy

    Monday - Friday
    8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    This program will host students interested in enhancing their skills in reading, writing, and math. With an exciting social emotional component to keep kids inspired and connected, plan on seeing your child build confidence and excel in his/her learning by studying hard, connecting with friends, and learning the foundational skills that will carry them through their academic year and into their future!

  • Middle School

    NEED STEM at DelSesto
    Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM)

    Monday - Thursday
    8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
    In this program students will work on pre-enginnering, student-led projects with a focus on energy and how we generate energy for homes to improve our lives. Pairing experienced science teachers with the National Energy Education Development Project (NEED), students become familiar with the role of science and math in career and academics.

    E-Sports at DelSesto

    Monday - Thursday
    8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
    E-sports, Electronic Sports, is a form of organized competition using multiplayer video games. It leverages several 21st century skills including critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. This program will help students to get an understanding of this cutting edge area of sports competition that can help grow students’ critical analysis skills.

  • High School

    PPSD High School Summer Credit Recovery

    Monday - Thursday
    8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
    The program will utilize the Edgenuity online platform and mix online learning with teacher instruction, group work and projects. Teachers will use Google classroom for communication and if you have a Google account you can be added to the classroom to see student announcements and other information, however, you will NOT see your child’s work or academic progress posted there.

    MLL Summer School Program

    Monday - Thursday
    7:45 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
    The MLL Summer School Program is designed to support our multilingual students. During this time, students can earn credits towards their high school graduation requirements.
