The Central Records Office is responsible for keeping records for former students. We provide documentations such as official and unofficial transcripts, proof of attendance, graduation, and education verification.
- How to request your records/transcript?
- Please fill out the Records Request Form
- You will receive a response from CRO@PPSD.ORG within 10 business days.
Please be advised that there are times when the public records that you seek are not available. The RI Access to Public Records Act allows a public body ten (10) business days to respond and, with “good cause,” may extend the time to respond by twenty (20) business days (thirty (30) business days total).
Record Request Fees
- Former PPSD Students: Free of charge
- Third-Party Requests: $5.00 per request
