• Daisy

    Daisy Vega is a Brooklyn, NY native.  For the eleven years prior to coming to 360 High School in September of 2017 she was a guidance counselor working with diverse populations in the Bushwick and East New York neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Daisy’s personal and professional experiences combined have helped her to understand an extensive variety of student needs and challenges.  Her passion is to foster resilience within her students and to help them to strive toward their full potential, motivating them to not only graduate but to continue their educational journey after high school. Daisy enjoys spending time with her wife and two very active and sweet young boys. She also enjoys biking, going to the beach, and exploring new things in Rhode Island.

    Daisy earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Boricua College in Human Services. She later earned her Master's Degree from Brooklyn College in School Counseling.  She continues learning from her students everyday!

     Jaimee

     Jaimee Topkin is a Student Support Counselor at 360 High School. Originally hailing from Connecticut, Jaimee has a passion for helping youth in the community. Jaimee has had many years experience working within the mental health field specifically with teenage youth. At 360, she has enjoyed learning and growing with the community through positive partnerships, leadership, and an eagerness for positive youth development. Jaimee’s background in mental health has helped shape her passion to help youth meet their academic, and social emotional goals equally while providing much needed support. In her spare time she enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and two dogs. Jaimee graduated from Mitchell College with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Development. She later earned her Masters Degree in School Counseling from Plymouth State University.
