The SMART Clinic at GJW is located right in the Health and Wellness suite at George J. West Elementary School. It is open during the school year and school hours. As a health center clinic part of PCHC, we provide services such as physicals, vaccinations, as well as mental health services to students, siblings, parents, and staff.
