West Broadway Middle School serves approximately 500 General Education, Multilingual Learners, and Special Education students in grades 5-8. West Broadway has a K-8 campus model serving students from nearby Asa Messer Elementary School. WBMS is committed to providing a rigorous, standard-based curriculum through core coursework and elective courses. Courses include, but are not limited to: Algebra, Robotics, Digital Media, Publications, Music, and World Language. To meet the mission and vision of West Broadway, students are empowered through the school’s culture by implementing Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports, Restorative Justice Practices, Student Council, Kindness Warriors, and award celebrations. Our students have the opportunity to be inducted into the National Junior Honor Society upon meeting rigorous academic and community requirements. West Broadway also offers a wide range of after-school and tutorial programs. Our school also offers sports such as Basketball, Cross-Country, Track, Wrestling, and Soccer.
