Turn the page on summer success
Summer is a wonderful time to rest, explore, and spend time together—but it’s also important for students to continue learning! Engaging in just a small amount of learning each week helps prevent the “summer slide” and keeps students confident and ready for the new school year.
We encourage students to participate in online learning activities in Literacy, Math, and Language Development throughout the month of July. Tips for Success
- Set a weekly routine for learning time
- Encourage your child to read every day (in any language)
- Talk with your child in your home language—this builds strong language skills!
- Celebrate progress and effort, not just completion
