    This picture was taken at the 100 Steps Toward Justice Tournament at Roger Williams University on Saturday January 21.  Mount Pleasant won the following awards:

     

    Mount Pleasant Debate Team (as a whole) - Growth Spurt Award (only one other school had more kids there than MPHS)
    4th Place Novice Speaker - Maria S (first tournament in 3 years)
    3rd Place Novice Speaker - Tyeace D
    4th Place Novice Team:  Emmett N and Jose F
     
    This was the first tournament for 6 out of our 8 members.
