Create and revise policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures that support developing an equity lens across the district to support measurably improved student outcomes.

 

Community Engagement

Establish communication tools and space for community members to serve as true partners and support community efforts to support measurable improvements in student achievement.

 

Student Leadership Development

Create space for student voice and agency so that young people feel empowered to create and co-create change, for themselves and for their community.
