Translation Services (Written): If you require written documents, notices or materials to be translated from English into another language, please complete this form.  

All requests MUST be submitted at least 1 week in advance. The district will incur extra charges for rush orders.

NOTE: If your request involves an IEP or 504 plan, please contact Fabiola.LujanSwift@ppsd.org to request services.
