Dual Language Program

WHAT IS A DUAL LANGUAGE PROGRAM?
Providence Public Schools offers a One-Way and Two-Way Dual Language model enrolling students who are Spanish speakers and English speakers. Students receive instruction in English and in Spanish every day. Dual language Bilingual Education fosters bilingualism, biliteracy, cultural competence and high levels of academic achievement through instruction in two languages.
