Updated COVID-19 Guidance

  •

    You have symptoms consistent with COVID-19:
    • Stay home
    • Get tested
    • Return to school if test is negative and symptoms resolve.
    You test positive for COVID-19, regardless of vaccination status:
    • Stay home and isolate for at least 5 days.
    • Return to school on day 6 if you do not have symptoms and have been
    • fever-free for at least 24 hours (without using fever reducing  medication).
    • If you do have symptoms on day 6, stay home and continue to isolate until your symptoms improve and you’ve been fever-free for at least 24 hours.
    • Wear a well-fitting mask at school and at home for the full 10 days.

    You have been identified as a close contact of a positive case...

    • Return to school;
    • If possible, get tested on day 5;
    • Wear a well-fitting mask around others for 10 days; and
    • Monitor yourself for symptoms.

    • If possible, get tested on day 5;
    • Wear a well-fitting mask for 10 days; and
    • Follow quarantine guidance when outside school, as well as updated CDC guidance about masking.
