School Board meetings are generally held in the third floor School Board Room located at Central Administration 797 Westminster Street. Open Session starts at 6:30 PM. The Board may call for special meetings during the year - special meeting dates and agendas will be on the calendar in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.

All regularly scheduled meetings are advertised on the RI Secretary of State web site and in the legal section of the Providence Journal on the Saturday immediately preceding the meeting date. Special meeting notices are advertised 48 hours in advance on the RI Secretary of State web site and in the Providence Journal legal ads.
