Thought Bubbles by WECS and Groundworks		 The West End Community School (WECS) is an after school program in its third year at Gilbert Stuart. Through WECS our students receive homework support and participate in a variety of activities including literacy development, visual and performing arts, sports, and field trips. The program begins right after school and runs until 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
