The Gilbert Stuart Spirit Team is a group of sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students who are charged to promote school spirit and a positive attitude for Gilbert Stuart. Spirit Team members run and maintain the school store, design hall display cases, hold Spirit Days in school, and help out at other special school events. The Spirit Team meets at least twice-a-month, more if special events are to be planned.
This year, the Spirit Days (held once per month) will be judged on the following areas:
• Percentage of students in the homerooms who are wearing their school uniforms (teachers are also included in the count).
• Usage of the school colors, green and yellow, in homeroom door designs and other displays.
• Themes of the door designs, etc.
