Bridgham recently had "Spirit Week" hosted by the PTO and the 8th Grade Spring Dance Committee. Although the 7th grade had the most spirit, the 8th grade raised $94.50 on Friday "Hat Day" by selling stickers for 50 cent each (to wear a hat). The proceeds will go towards the 8th Grade Spring Dance on May 19, 2006. The 8th grade Spring Dance Committee (made up from the PTO elected "8th Grade Student Council) has managed to raise over $700.00 for their dance.
The 7th gade class has earned over $200.00 towards their event (pizza or ice cream party) which will be held on May 4, 2006.
The 6th grade class will have their event at the end of May 2006. The total that the 6th grade class has raised was not abailable at this time.
The PTO is planning a Spaghetti Supper and other fundraisers, so please make a big effort to attend the next PTO meeting. Your input is needed! |
