  Placement Officers: Placement Officers are responsible for assisting parents with the registration and placement process. They are also part of the team that coordinates the school choice process.

  Registration & Placement Specialist: The Placement Specialist is trained to coordinate the middle school, high school and special circumstance placements, while assisting the facilitator in the day to day operation of the Student Registration & Assignment Center.

  ESL/Bilingual Evaluators: This team of English as a Second Language Certified teachers are on staff to test and evaluate children coming into the school district which may need English Language Leaner Programs.

  Clerical Team: The clerical team is the front line of our center. They answer the phones and provide support to the facilitator, staff and parents.

  Student Registration & Placement Analyst: The analyst is responsible for data analysis and facilitates placements and transportation services for students under the Change of Household Address and No Child Left Behind “NCLB” Policies.

  Bus Routes to the Center  
  – Eddy Street Bus # 1 to the Thurbers Avenue and Eddy Street stop.  Walk up two blocks to Pavillion Avenue, take a right on Pavillion, walk two blocks to Ocean Street. Enter the parking lot to your left.  
     
  – Broad Street Bus # 11 to the Prairie Avenue and Broad Street Stop.  Cross Broad to Prairie, then cross Prairie Avenue to Pavillion Avenue.  Follow Pavillion Avenue to the corner of Ocean Street and take a left onto the parking lot on your left.  
     
  – Prairie Avenue/Zoo Bus #6 to the Prairie and Thurbers Avenue Stop.  Walk Thurbers Avenue up to Rugby and follow the road past the Roger Williams Day Care onto Ocean Street. Use the second entrance to the parking lot on your right.  
     
  Directions to the Center  
  From the North:  
  •  Take I-95 South to the THURBERS AVENUE exit number 18- toward RI-1A.  
  •  Take the ramp toward EDDY ST.   
  •  At the first light the intersection of THURBERS & EDDY take a left.   
  •  Follow EDDY ST. and take your third right onto PAVILLION AVE.  
  •  Follow PAVILLION AVE to the stop sign and take a right.  
  •  Then immediate left into the parking lot.  
  •  The building is straight ahead.  
     
  From the South:  
  •  Take I-95 N to the THURBERS AVENUE exit number 18- toward RI-1A.  
  •  Take the ramp toward EDDY ST.  
  •  At the first light the intersection of THURBERS & EDDY take a left.  
  •  Follow EDDY ST. and take your third right onto PAVILLION AVE.  
  •  Follow PAVILLION AVE to the stop sign and take a right.  
  •  Then immediate left into the parking lot.
