NEW! Elementary Schools Requiring Lotteries for K Registration 2013 [View]

Lottery Results will be posted on Monday, April 8 at 5 p.m. in the main lobby of 797 Westminster Street (through 8 p.m. then through the rest of that week) AND will be available online at 5 p.m. April 8 (using your child's date of birth and student ID) here.

Registration Dates:

Registration for students entering Kindergarten in September 2013 begins Thursday, January 10. For more detail, see our press release and the info links below.

Registration for NEW students entering grades 1-12 and planning to attend PPSD schools Fall 2013 come to the Registration Center starting March 4, 2013.

*Note: School Choice Forms customized for each existing Grade 5 and Grade 8 student will be distributed in school in early February, and should be returned to the school by the dates above.

Notification of School Placement:

On-time K, grade 6 and grade 9 school choice participants will be notified by mail. This year we are also proud to introduce an online option. Visit our School Assignment Finder and enter your child's Student ID number, date of birth, and grade he or she will enter in 2013. You will then see your child's school assignment and waitlist placements. The Assignment Finder will be active April 8 at 5 p.m. for Kindergarten Registrants, and at future dates to be announced for Grades 6 and 9.
