Welcome to Mount Pleasant High School!
Over 200 parents attended our last Report Card Night at Mount Pleasant. Parents had the opportunity to follow our student's schedules and meet with classroom teachers to learn their expectations.
Free tutoring is available in all subjects after school on Monday, Wednesday and alternate Thursdays. Contact the school or your child's guidance counselor for more information.
Credit Recovery classes are available for some subjects. See Mr. McCarthy for more details.
Encourage your child to be active in the school and community. Our students need to meet both social and civic requirements as part of their graduation requirements. Talk to your child about community organizations that are looking for volunteers and encourage them to meet these new graduation requirements. Mount Pleasant also has several new clubs this year including a Music Club, a Science Club, and a Science Fiction Club.
We need the input and support of the entire Mount Pleasant community as we work to meet our goals this year.
Thanks to all of our dedicated teachers who devote many hours working on various committees and clubs during their summers and throughout the school year. Everyone should consider the they can play to improve Mount Pleasant High School. How can you make a difference?
