Message from the Principal
Our goal is to prepare students to be successful beyond their graduation. They will need extensive experience in the various disciplines, to work towards the high expectations we set for our students and follow the models of best practices in order to compete in the world we live in. By approaching problems from the various perspectives that these disciplines provide, our students will be able to think through problems critically, analyze data and communicate solutions. I will ensure that our teachers have the time necessary to fully prepare and implement projects that are in total alignment with our school's vision and mission, and I will continue the efforts to improve the quality and quantity of effective teaching and learning at our school.

Message from the Assistant Principal
Well, I want to first thank you all for welcoming me. I feel like I am home. Over the next few months, I will seek your assistance as we move forward to continue to create and then live the vision that was agreed upon. I want to share with you my personal philosophy which supports the work that occurs in this building on a daily basis.
I have a strong interest in increasing student achievement, building capacity within the school and building new relationships. I am continually seeking best practices that will allow our students to achieve at their highest capabilities. I strive to create meaningful relationships that allow us to learn from each other. To that end, I will continue to meet with teams on a weekly basis to check-in on how I can support you and the initiatives that the district is sending down.
I believe in empowering all of the adults in this building and look forward to the dialogue and ideas that we will share with each other. I am coming from a traditional school and I will work to embody all of the special elements that make this school site based. I will try to schedule time in my days to get into the classrooms to observe and participate in the rich lessons.
Thank you for allowing me to start my journey with you.
Janelle Clarke
