Vision and Philosophy
E3 Academy is committed to increasing the academic achievement of all students by creating a vibrant, student-centered school characterized by a nurturing and personalized community.
We believe all students will achieve Educational Excellence through Empowerment (E3). Our learning community believes that by developing a structure based on the Diploma Plus Model we will foster positive relationships between parents, students, teachers, and administrators and create powerful learning experiences that will motivate students to grow and succeed.
Our program offers a philosophy and a process. The philosophy is our way of thinking about students and learning. The process is our method for making lasting and effective changes in our school. Our philosophy begins with the belief that all students have the right to learn at their own pace and in a manner suited to their own unique abilities. All students can excel if they are instructed in ways that are compatible with their learning style, encouraged to make real-world connections, and empowered to have a voice in school/community decisions.

E Cubed Academy School Day
E Cubed Academy School day includes 90-minute blocks. Each day includes 4 periods of 90 minute sessions, which allow teaching and learning opportunities that get deeper into work and core curriculum. All studnts are required to maintain a Portfolio, which is managed by an assigned teacher during Portfolio Seminar. Each portfolio maintains a collection of student work from every content area. Students are required to maintain their portfolios and make presentations to a panel of teachers. Advisories meet daily at E Cubed Academy. The purpose of Advisory is to ensure that each student is known by an adult within the community.
