Windmill Street Elementary School was erected in 1932 by the City of Providence under the direction of the committee on City Property.
Mission Statement
The mission of Windmill Elementary School is to make data-driven decisions regarding teaching and learning to insure academic success of all students, preparing them for a life full of possibilities.
