Important Dates

January 7, 2007 - Re-registration Night at Wm. D'Abate - 5:30 - 7:30. It
is very important that all clubs try to have some representation present
at this event. This is when the children and parents of Wm. D'Abate will
be invited in to re-register their children into clubs or to register
their children in different clubs. Please make every effort to attend,
also, please RSVP as soon as possible letting me know if you will be in
attendance so Kristyn and I can set-up the cafeteria appropriately.

January 22, 2007 - All programs will begin running the week of Monday,
January 22, unless other wise discussed with Julie.

Budgets for the upcoming session are due ASAP. New Budgets need to be
submitted to Julie Holt by January 2, 2007 if you are planning on
continuing with your club. The new budget should be for January 22
through May 25, 2007. Julie Holt will be out of the office from Wed.
December 27 through January 2, 2007. She will be available to answer
questions regarding budgets on either Friday, December 22, 2006 or
Tuesday, December 26, 2006.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to call either Angel
Brown or Kristyn Mattos at 331-1613 and we will do the best we can to
assist you.

Thank you and Have a Wonderful and Safe Holiday Season,
