Diploma System Resource Center
The Providence Diploma System Resource Center is a compilation of tools and policy documents that are designed to support the implementation of the Rhode Island Diploma System Regulations. On this page, teachers and principals will find tools to help teachers create School Learner Expectations, validated common curriculum tasks, functioning Advisories, standards for graduation sufficiency, and instructions on how to use the Rhode Island Electronic Portfolio System.

In addition to this Resource Center, the RI Department of Education maintains a thorough toolkit resource at www.ridoe.net/highschoolreform/dslat/.

Advisory Tools
A collection of tools to support Advisory and Personalization in each school. Teachers can download and print the PPSD Advisory Toolkit that includes an example of a student Individual Learning Plan, as well as activities to support the ILP. Additionally, teachers and reform coaches can find articles that provide the research and theory behind Advisories.
